Moby will answer questions related to your property based on the description it will import from your AirBnB listing and local recommendation to the best of its knowledge and abilities. It will provide information about the property, its amenities, location, and general details about the booking process. However, please keep in mind that we do not have real-time access to specific property listings or booking systems.

You will have access to communication history at all times through your Moby dashboard. You can add or edit details from the same dashboard and it will reflect on Moby’s answers real-time.

How does the launchpad work?

Our launchpad makes it effortless to get ahold of Moby and helps your guests get real time support and recommendations. Guests will simply tap the launchpad with their phones and the chat prompt will automatically pop up directly on their phones giving them the ability to communicate via Moby messenger and walkie talkie, SMS, or a voice call.

How will Moby answer questions it doesn’t know answers to?

While Moby’s knowledge base is enormous and emotions never get in the way, there might be specific property related questions that haven’t been given to Moby to which it will politely reply by offering to escalate the specific question with the host directly. Moby, however, will learn through communicating with all your present and past guests, and with time it will get to know your property better than possibly any person you could hire for the job. Moby’s manners are of the highest standards and patience is limitless. It’s got all the time your guests will need.
